Fragrant chi diffuser blend to support creativity

Gently diffuse in a cold air diffuser. Scent is deeply personal so it is important to find essential oils that resonate with positive memories for you. I highly recommend that you inhale the scent from the cap of the oil you intend to use to ensure that it is one that has a positive resonance for you.

Connect to the essence of the plant

If possible spend a little time connecting to the plant/fruit/flower/resin in question. Really visualise it, connect to its energy and ask it to work with you for your good and the good of all concerned. Sit quietly as you inhale each scent in turn, connecting to all of the layers of its scent, ask if it has any particular message for you today. See if a particular memory or connection is evoked simply by inhaling this scent.

Each scent has a particular note and when blended with other notes creates a harmony. Not unlike playing one note on a piano and then playing several in a chord. Each note plays its part to create a blend which is greater than the sum of its parts.

Choose pure unadulterated essential oils

Using pure, natural organic essential oils and where possible choosing to purchase ethically produces wild crafted and organic essential oils will strike just the right chord; infusin gour homes with a harmonic energy which brings us the most joy and connection. Obvious though it may seem; it merits mentioning that choosing oils which you are most drawn to or which you particularly resonate with will, work best to support your energy at any given time. We will always reap greatest rewards by taking some time to find the scents which rise up to meet us and make us feel “at home”.

Deeply calming, excellent meditative aid. Offers respiratory support, antimicrobial, immune supportive. Cleanses the aura, encourages emotional healing; offers support and protection
  • 3 drops green Mandarin (citrus reticulata): Top note- fruit. Supports creativity and communication with our inner child, unstops blockages, encourages a sense of safety when connecting with others. Great immune support
  • 1 drop Jasmin (jasminum grandiflorum): Middle-base note from the flower. Promotes psychological optimism, can reawaken passion and restore our capacity for creativity and for “fertility of the mind”. Releases inhibitions, diminishes fear and supports our sense of comfort within ourselves. It’s scent is intense, rich and diffusive.

    Safety

NB Treat essential oils as medicine

    • They are highly concentrated pure extracts from the plant world (it takes a huge amount of plant material to make just a few drops of essential oil).
    • If at any time you feel any discomfort from diffusing any of these oils, stop at once.
    • It is always a good idea to test if any oil is ok for you: open the cap and hold just the cap at a distance sniffing the air – if you feel any constriction in your breathing, then this oil is not for you.
    • Small animals and young babies and those with compromised immune systems need to be treated with extra care.
    • Diffuse oils at a safe distance in a well ventilated space.
    • Allow for small animals to be able to leave the room if they wish to do so – remember their sense of smell is much more intense than ours so care needs to be taken not to overwhelm their system.
    • Start with a half strength diffuser blend if in doubt and work from there.
    • You will only need 8-10 drops total to fill your space with their beautiful scent.
    • Diffuse for 20 mts at a time for best effect.
