Refreshing and Revitalising  Diffuser Blend

3 drops Clary Sage (salvia sclarea); is said to give clarity and allow inspiration to flow, creating a balance between stimulation and relaxation. Releases pent up creativity fully engages the chi, getting it moving. From the flowers and the leaves, a middle note, it has a distinctive light warm and herbal scent. 

3 drops Black Pepper (piper nigrum); adds energy and warmth and is said to reduce fear, release blocked energy and motivate us toward change. It activates the will and uplifts our inner fire when we have self doubt or lack determination. A middle note from the dried fruit its scent is dry warm spicy and woody. 

3 drops Basil; (ocimum basilicum); offers energetic protection, is uplifting, strengthens motivation, is said to bring clarity to the mind and encourages a sense of fulfillment. It is warming, invigorating and uplifting, promotes boldness, self-confidence, determination and courage.  A top note, from the flowers and leaves, it has a sweet herbal, slightly anisic scent.
