A blend of:

• Cleansing, refreshing and uplifting Sweet orange,
• Invigorating and uplifting Sweet Basil
• Activating and dispersing Black Pepper.

Add the drops of Pure Organic essential oil to waterin your diffuser and allow it to gently diffuse into your space for 15-20 mts at a time, for best effect. (Please read essential oil safety notes at the end of this post.)

Blend Recipe

•  2 drops Sweet Orange (citrus sinensis): refreshing, uplifting – releases emotional fatigue; restores optimism and harmonises the emotions. Immune supportive, smoothes the flow of Liver chi, eases nervous tension. Encourages imagination and urges the soul to expand and grow. Helps to move stagnant chi. Top note from the rind of the ripe fruit. Associated with the Sacral and Heart chakra, connecting our hearts desire to our seat of creativity. Orange reminds us that harmony does not need to come from great effort, often it emerges from a slow releasing and softening, allowing movement to occur naturally. In feng shui Orange is associated with good luck which occurs when we are “in the flow”.

• 3 drops Basil (ocimum basilicum)is invigorating, regulating and uplifting. It promotes boldness, self confidence, determination and courage. Excellent if feeling “burnt out” emotionally or overwhelmed. Top note from the fresh leaves and flowers of this pungent green herbaceous plant. Associated with the Throat chakra and speaking our truth. Its delicate leaves remind us that there is great strength in softness. Basil whispers encouragement, steadies and gathers our energy when feeling scattered. It relaxes our nervous system and restores a sense of balance.

• 3 drops Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum)- Activating and dispersing, it encourages our inner spark to glow. Invigorating and mobilising, it uplifts our energy, dispelling self doubt and encourages our sense of determination.Helps to release blocked energy and protect against negativity. Middle note from the dried ripe fruit of this climbing plant. Associated with our Solar plexus chakra, our power centre connected to our will, determination and our ability to move into action and manifest our dreams. Black pepper reminds us that all we need to do is take the next step, even when the path ahead seems unclear. It rekindles our inner strength and motivation to keep going.

NB You can adjust the drops of each oil in this blend depending on your personal preference. Using up to a maximum of 8 drops per diffuser blend. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable using any of these oils you can substitute for another oil of your choice. If you feel any adverse effects from diffusing any of these oils, stop at once.
