I was delighted to present at the feng shui society UK online community day on 21st September 2024.

The focus of my presentation was to tap into the invititation from Mother Nature to come into Balance at the Autumn Equinox. The Autumn Equinox is a time of equal day and night all around the world. The mid point between the summer solstice on the 21st June (full yang, expanded energy) and the winter solstice on the 21st December (full yin, contracted energy).

At this “pause point” of the year, we take some time to refocus our energy as we come into the time of ROOT energy. Mother nature is now letting go of the growth of this year, dropping her leaves and fruit and pulling her energy in and down into her roots.

This is the second phase of the year when we celebrate Dragon Energy. In Spring we celebrate the rising dragon energy and the return of SHOOT energy, which is rising and proceeding. In Autumn we celebrate the return of the dragon into the underworld. As the energy of the year descends it brings the suns energy to the inner realms where it illuminates our inner path.
