Recording of our spotlight community gathering on the Spring equinox 2025

In our gathering this month we focused on Balance at the spring equinox, the festival of balance. Balance between the hours of light and the expansive energy of the sun (yang)  and the hours of darkness and the receptive energy of the moon (yin energy).

We focused on the energy of Chen/Zhen Area 3 of the Bagua associated with family, ancestors and the past. This part of the Bagua has an association with Spring, dawn and new beginnings.

We looked at ways to release what no longer serves us so that we can open ourselves fully to all of the positive potential that this year has to offer us. Planting the seeds of our intentions for the year ahead.

We shared ideas for colour, artwork and decorative elements which will enhance this energy in our homes and our lives.

As always, I shared a diffuser blend; Fragrant chi aromatics – some essential oils to encourage a sense of rooted growth, connection and belonging.
