Our September FREE spotlight gathering was focused on the Autumn equinox – the festival of restoration, balance and support.

We focused on:

Tapping in to the energy of inner and outer balance at this tipping point in the year

Metal energy, the energy associated with Autumn, harvesting and cutting away what no longer serves

Helpful friends, the importance of connection and  reciprocal support with each other and with our mentors, guides and guardian spirits.

Gathering, cleansing and consolidating our energy as we enter the YIN (inwardly focused) phase of the year.
